Adam McCaw
Adam is an experienced dispute resolution solicitor who has been working with family-owned and owner-managed businesses, professional clients and private individuals to resolve difficult situations for more than 15 years. Adam and his team work closely with the other Isadores service lines to provide clients with a complete and expert service in connection with any disputes that they encounter. He has worked for both claimant and defendant clients.
Adam is commercially astute and recognises that litigation can be a big investment and can draw on resources that might otherwise be used in other important projects. His team will only work on disputes where we believe that we are the right choice for the client. Adam and his team look to understand their clients’ wider objectives and to ensure that the litigation they are instructed on is funded and conducted in a way that takes account the financial circumstances and the wider needs and interests of our clients.
Adam has worked with clients and their insurers in defending claims. He is a firm believer that clients should be able to choose their own legal team and has been used in place of panel firms at clients’ request.
