Alex Bilionis
Biography
Alex joined Isadores as an Associate Director in June 2025. He was previously an equity partner at a large regional firm, where he worked on a range of corporate and commercial matters.
From a young age, Alex always had an interest in owner managed businesses, having seen his father successfully manage his own business for over 20 years. Alex decided to pursue a legal career, and, after studying at Southampton University and then attending law school at Exeter University qualified as a solicitor at Paris Smith, Southampton. He continued his development and spent some time practicing at a law firm in London before returning to a large regional firm based on the south coast, where he ultimately became an equity partner. He then set up his own consultancy, through which he continued to expand his skillset before working with Isadores

EXPERTISE
Alex has extensive experience advising clients on a range of corporate transactional, investment and commercial matters in the UK, USA and Europe. He acts for companies, shareholders, and other stakeholders on various matters, ranging from new ventures to cross border private equity investments and post-production film work. Alex also advises on non-contentious business restructuring and related transactional matters.
