Dean Outten

Dean joined Isadores Corporate and Commercial department as a Solicitor in October 2024.

After achieving a First Class Honours in Law at the University of Portsmouth and a Distinction at the University of Law in Guildford, Dean qualified as a Solicitor in March 2022 following his training contract at a regional firm in Southampton. Thereafter he moved to a firm based in Guildford.

Dean has experience in M&A transactions acting for both buy side and sell side with values typically ranging from £5-£25m, drafting shareholders agreements, share buybacks and general corporate advisory work.

Outside of work, Dean likes to keep active by going to the gym, going for a swim and, more recently, playing a round of golf. He also enjoys going for long walks with his cheeky Cocker Spaniel, Nala and partner, Beth
