Biography
Grace joined Isadores in October 2025 from Stone King where she had held a senior position in the Construction Department.
Grace trained as a lawyer in England and qualified as an Arbitrator in 2020. Grace is a committee member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Western Counties Branch.
With a broad client base Grace conducts both non contentious and contentious matters. Grace offers specialist advice on Environment and Health & Safety issues, and building defects, having qualified as a building surveyor in 2023.

Grace is incredibly versatile as a lawyer, working across all areas of practice covered by the construction team. Graces non contentious work, particularly for the education sector, involves reviewing or drafting contracts and consultancy agreements, drafting funding or development agreements, preparing Deeds of assignment and novations, contract notices (including payless notices) licences and contract variations.
Grace advises clients on Environmental issues, including decarbonisation schemes and sustainable energy. Grace has advised on matters involving Biomass, Solar energy, Ground Source Heat Pumps and Asbestos. With specialist qualifications in Health and Safety and the Environment, Grace also advises on the suitability and appointment of statutory duty holders under CDM, and the suitability of Environmental Impact Assessments.
With a high success rate in the management of disputes, Graces has been very successful in the pursuit and defence of matters referred to adjudication and arbitration. Grace is very experienced in the mediation process and has successfully guided and negotiated disputes to settlement.
