Lauren Coleman

Associate

Lauren joined Isadore Goldman in 2019 as an Associate Solicitor in the firm’s Commercial Property department.

Lauren specialises in all aspects of property law relating to commercial property including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, refinancing, restructuring and Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 lease renewals. She also deals with strategic land acquisitions for developers.

Lauren has a range of clients from investors, developers, landlords, tenants and lenders and is known as an excellent communicator with an approachable manner and a commercially minded approach to problem solving.

Lauren has a background in corporate and commercial law having spent several years as a corporate and commercial solicitor before making the decision to specialise in commercial property in 2009. This background and experience have proven invaluable when advising the firm’s business clients.

Lauren is based in our Norwich office.
