Biography

Olivia joined Isadores in October 2025 from Stone King.
Olivia studied a degree in Fine Art at Bournemouth University before coming to law and qualifying as an Arbitrator in 2022.

Olivia works across both Contentious and Non contentious matters. With a keen interest and specialism in Project Management and Historic Building Conservation, Olivia works with clients in the specification, care and restoration of historic buildings.

Olivia provides client services from early in the project life cycle to ensure the correct documentation is in place. This includes conducting due diligence of potential members of the clients design team and potential contractors. Olivia also reviews and advises on the suitability of Consultancy Service Agreements, subcontracts, insurance provisions, contracts and Schedules of Contract Amendments, licences and lease agreements.

Working extensively in the Education sector Olivia is experienced in the process of academisation and the transfer of academies via a Commercial Transfer Agreement. Olivia also drafts specialist documentation regarding listed buildings, safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults and Insurance schedules.

Olivia is professionally qualified as an Arbitrator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and is heavily involved with disputes referred to both arbitration and adjudication.

Diploma in Business Law - Stonebridge College
Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety - Chartered Institute of Environmental Health
Certificate in Historic Building Conservation - Chartered Institute of Building
