We provide a full service to property developers from acquisition to disposal of development sites, be they residential or commercial. We recognise that developers have different requirements and wishes and our service is bespoke to those requirements. We will first identify your key commercial objectives and then consider what factors may cause issues or delays in achieving these. We will work with you to resolve title problems such as inaccurate plans, adverse rights and covenants and regulatory compliance. We will then work with you in order to prepare or approve any necessary documentation. This will be delivered by our close knit team who will work alongside you and your professional team.

Plot Sales
Our team has worked for both small and regional property developers for over ten years. It can deal with all types of sites, large or small, including many large sites progressing simultaneously. We can help in the setting up of your site and preparing residential or commercial estate disposal documentation, including contracts, transfers, leases, infrastructure documents and replies to enquiries. We can also obtain land registry approval of your site plan.
Once your site is set up, we can offer a full sales service dealing with the transaction from the point of a sale being agreed through to completion. We will also put in place a system of reporting throughout the whole of that transaction to suit your needs. We have had comprehensive dealings with Help to Buy sales since its inception.
Commercial Property
We act for landlords, tenants and owner-occupiers and can deal with all types of property transaction be it leasehold or freehold. We can guide you through all aspects of acquisitions, lettings and disposals of shops, offices, factories, warehouses, pubs and restaurants. We will produce or approve all documents which are needed for the management of your property in a way that is cost effective and straight-forward for you. These might include commercial leases, rent deposit deeds, licences for assignment, underlettings and alterations.

Property in insolvent situations
Our property team provides specialist advice and assistance to insolvency practitioners including Trustees in Bankruptcy, Liquidators, Administrators and Administrative Receivers. We also work with Supervisors of Individual and Company Voluntary Arrangements. We can deal with the disposal of any property assets and can advise on all leasehold and freehold matters.
